Gourmet Meat & Sausage Shop was born from a simple but uncompromising idea: people deserve better than what traditional supermarkets offer. We offer fresh, high quality, responsibly-sourced, professionally-cut meats and local goods.
We set out to build something different. A shop where the staff can tell you exactly where your meat came from, how to trim it, and how long to smoke it. A place where our fresh sausages are made in-house — using real ingredients and time-honored recipes. A destination where the adventurous eater can find Yak, Alligator, Kangaroo, and Ostrich right alongside their Sunday roast.

We share our roots and our standards with our Lakewood, CO location, which has been earning the loyalty of Denver metro cooks, competitive pitmasters, and professional chefs for years.
